Dear Myrtle<\/a> is here with Miriam Midkiff<\/a>.\u00a0 Look at the array of transportation they’re arriving in!\u00a0 Are they trying to park that giant RV?\u00a0 Does it contain their entourage?\u00a0 That’s Carol<\/a>.\u00a0 I think Man is her only entourage.\u00a0 Who’s that with the little red wagon?\u00a0 That’s Kerry Scott<\/a>; she brought the kids.\u00a0 Is that a nun on a motorcycle? Now there’s something you don’t see everyday. That’s Sheri Fenley<\/a>, she’s into alternative transportation.”<\/p>\n

” Who’s that way in the back?\u00a0 Is she wearing blue jeans?\u00a0 Oh, that’s Judy from Genealogy Gals<\/a>.\u00a0 The word is she only wears blue jeans.\u00a0 You know she’s spent years in the laboratory.\u00a0 Those people don’t own grown up clothes.\u00a0 I think that’s Pat with her. They always travel together. The gals are a real dark horse, but they’re nominated in 5 categories.”<\/p>\n

This picture just has so much charm and so much memory.\u00a0 It’s a winner in my book.<\/p>\n

Civil War stories<\/a><\/a>–a two part series about the Civil War years of Charles Minor<\/p>\n

The Two Jessie Martins<\/a><\/a>–a stirring story told on land and sea<\/p>\n

And the winner is: Civil War Stories\u00a0 One <\/a>and Two<\/a><\/p>\n

It’s hard to beat a true story told in voices long since gone.<\/p>\n

In the category of Best Documentary<\/span> the nominees are:<\/p>\n

The Davies Mansion–the Genealogy of a House<\/a><\/p>\n

Who Was my Great-grandmother<\/a>\"\"<\/p>\n

And the winner is:\u00a0 The Davies Mansion<\/a><\/p>\n

This is a story of survival with more to come<\/p>\n

In the category of Best Screen Play the nominees are.<\/p>\n

Life on the Farm–A Three part Series–one<\/a>, two<\/a>, three<\/a><\/p>\n

Cutting Wood for the Mississippi Steamboats<\/a><\/p>\n

Nathan’s Story<\/a>\"Mississippi<\/p>\n

And the award goes to:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cutting Wood for the Mississippi Steamboats<\/a>.\u00a0 I can see Mark Wahlburg in the role of the young Charles Minor in Cutting Wood for the Mississippi Steamboats.\u00a0 That works; there would have to be an extensive personal interview process of course.<\/p>\n
